These Terms & Conditions of Purchase apply to orders placed through the Vetrix online store. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Vetrix reserves the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including in the event of product availability issues, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.

Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on our online store are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, if any, will be displayed or calculated as part of the ordering process.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been approved by Vetrix.

Shipping

Orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on normal business days are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Our standard shipping method is UPS 2nd Day Air, although Vetrix may also use UPS Ground, FedEx, or another appropriate shipping service.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Vetrix’s control may affect delivery.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Opened products and expired products are not eligible for return or refund.

If a product is defective, please contact Vetrix. Confirmed defective products will be replaced in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all applicable product labeling, instructions for use, warnings, storage requirements, and other product information provided by Vetrix.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact Vetrix as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
