Shipping & Delivery Policy

Vetrix is committed to processing and shipping orders promptly.

Order Processing

Orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on normal business days are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Our standard shipping method is UPS 2nd Day Air. Depending on the order, destination, customer request, and other circumstances, we may also ship using UPS Ground, FedEx, or another appropriate carrier or service level.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside of Vetrix’s control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please contact Vetrix as soon as possible if a shipping address needs to be corrected.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Vetrix promptly so that we can evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, arrange for replacement product.
